If you're comfortable sharing... I'm curious what have you found supports you through depressive times? Any preventative measures?

There are two things. My loving and supportive wife and working out. Stress from the job is a huge trigger for me. When I start to feel stressed I will typically listen to a guided meditation session. Working out daily is also one of my stress relievers. Although I'm not sure how much it helps, I eat organic natural foods.
